wow and wow and wow and wow
Anybody who can resist going to the post office and grabbing a sheet of these deserves to be buried alive in junk mail. Admittedly, I'm a lover of envelope art. And what an easy way to dress your mail. Just when I thought the USPS had gotten a little bored with the whole "vision thing" in regard to stamps....wham!
-
Charles and Ray Eames were a husband and wife design team best known for their work in architecture, furniture, sculpture and film. This commemorative sheet of 16 different designs (and a free sticker right in the middle) is the creative work of Derry Noyes of Washington, DC. It's only $6.72 and goes on sale today. Need I say more?

As heart stamps go this one's pretty nice. It was designed
by Ethel Kessler of Bethesda, Maryland and goes on sale
today. Comes in a booklet of twenty for $8.40. There's a
flurry of new stamps appearing this month. Wait till you
see what's coming up on the 17th. I'll keep you posted.
