Why is it that whenever I'm pulling an old
newspaper apart to start a fire (or whatever)
I always see things I want to read; but when
I sit down to look at a newspaper I can't find
anything of the slightest interest?

This evening I spied Calicoe reading some ancient newspaper as she rolled paper pretzels for the fireplace....
that's what always happens to me.
I guess maybe the news is better when it's old?
